REFUNDS & RETURNS

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. Once notified, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

Please contact us through our website before returning anything. Items should be securely packaged and returned in their original condition. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that it has been sent. Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within five days where possible, including your order number and photographs. This helps us resolve transit damage promptly and does not affect your statutory rights.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law. Please contact us before returning the item so that we can advise you.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned for a change of mind, but your rights regarding faulty goods remain unaffected.
